Exercises

Lay with back flat on mat.  Attach the cuffs to your feet and hold the handles firmly over your chest. Bring one leg up as the other one stays down and then switch to other leg.  Continue this exercise in reps of 15.

Attach the cuffs to your feet and sit on mat with your legs strecthed out. Grab handles firmly and pull all the way back until your body is completely flat on mat.  Pull your upper body up like you would do so in a sit-up, go back down again.  Continue this exercise in reps of 15

You can recreate many exercises with the Pilates-Versa-Tube.  If you use a proper anchoring  system with these tubes then you can workout each and every muscle group of your body.
