Exercises

Laying on your back, place the cuffs on the ankles and grab bar overhead allowing it to lay flat on the floor. Legs are lifted towards the ceiling with the core engaged. Slowly lower the right leg to the floor while holding that bar steady. Return the right leg to lifted position and slowly lower the left.
