PaviGym has two floors available, the fitness tile and the group exercise studio flooring. The Fitness Tile is perfect for workout rooms with cardio machines, exercise equipment,and indoor cycling. It provides a non-slip environment which makes it safe even if wet from sweat. The tiles are actually filled with air bubbles which help to stop any vibration from machines and helps to mute loud noises.

Plyo-Hops or Squat Jumps - Bend knees slightly and leap into the air as high as you can. Land softly, trying not to make a sound, bending knees as you do and holding the squat until it is time to jump again.
