This Olympic Combo Hex Bar will help you build mass and thickness throughout the mid-back and upper traps. It allows you to use heavier weights without putting so much strain on the lower back.

- Turn the Hex Bar sideways and place one weight plate on the shaft farthest from the body. Start to pivot form side to side. Make sure you squeeze your glutes together and make your body as rigid as possible to perform the Hex Bar Push-up.
- For the Overhead Squat you start at a standing position, assume a squat stance, bend your knees and thrust the weight overhead to straight arms and perform a squat, make sure to balance the weight overhead at arms length. Return the bar back to the start position when finished.
