Exercises

NRG BALL AB BLAST PLANK - A challenging one leg plank exercise which will seriously target the deep abdominal muscles.  Place the hands on the handles and align them directly under the shoulders with legs extnded back - plank position. Keep back neutral by not allowing it to arch or sink. Hold this position for up to 60 seconds at a time.

NRG BALL ABS ON STABILITY BALL - Similar in nature to the abdominal crunch, this exercise is done with both the NRG ball and the stability ball. Perform crunches on the ball while swinging the NRG holding the single handle.
