Myo-Fascial Release Is The Only Way To Release Knots In Certain Muscles And The Myo-Therapy Ball Is Perfect For Those Hard To Get Spots
Think of how you would stretch the outer thigh if there was a pain or a tightness there. It is very difficult to stretch the outer thigh because there are no joint actions that bend in the center of the leg besides the knee and it moves front to back. To affect a point in the lateral portion of the thigh you would need to apply pressure. A Myo Therapy Ball is the perfect tool for that because you can place all your body weight on it comfortably. These balls are gentle to the touch and the little nodules stimulate various pressure points while providing a good grip. These can be used for massage, reflexology, hand therapy and relaxation exercises.
- Available in two sizes (6" and 8")
- Available in two colors (black & pink)
- Made of soft PVC
- Small 'nodules' on each ball allows for deeper tissue stimulation
Cross lift:Lie on the ball face down, resting hips on top and arms in front of the ball, feet touching the floor. Slowly raise one arm and the opposite leg till they extend your body while well flexing abdomen and loin. Repeat with the opposite arm and leg.
Push up:
Place your feet on the ball and hands on the floor. With arms stretched, shoulder-width apart, quietly lower your body to the floor. During the entire exercise it is important that your hips are stretched, that your abdomen muscles are flexed and that your loin is never swayed.
Myo-Therapy Balls are ideal for use at home or at the gym. They focus on the entire body instead of just one part at a time thanks to the instability and movement you experience when you are on it. This type of workout strengthens the body functions, improves posture, strengthens the back and a flattens the abdomen. When exercising on the ball, quality is much more important than quantity.
