Squats - You have probably seen a Smith Machine. It looks like a cage with a bar perched across the middle and on the sides there are typically free weights hanging which range in weight from 10lbs to 45lb plates.  Place your Manta Ray on the bar and line up your neck, shoulders and traps with the bar. Unhook the bar from the Smith Machine and lower down into a squat careful to keep the hips higher than the knees thus ensuring a 90 degree angle
