The MSD Balance Board can be used for strength training, rehab of injuries and functional training. All you do to use the balance board is stand on it. Once you have mastered that, you can start to increase intensity by lifting one leg, doing rotational exercises or adding other fitness equipment like resistance bands or dumbbells.

Balanced Push Up - Your hands hold each end of the balance board and you do a push up
In and Out Crunches - Sit on the MSD Board and put your body into a V position. Draw your knees to your chest and then back out.
Balancing - Stand in the board and lift one leg. See if you can draw letters in the air with your free leg
