Single Arm Kettlebell Row -Grasp the kettlebell as you lean forward. Support the back by placing one hand on the thigh. Lift the kettlebell high and hold for a moment. Return to start position low to the ground.
Alternating Floor Press - Lay on the floor with a kettlebell in each hand. Lift each bell as high as you can and slightly rotate the body as you do.
