Back Row:Loop the Jungle Gym II around a pole, post, or tree or firmly secure it to the top of the door or wall. Get down on the ground, hold the handles firmly and lift your body up while staying in a straight position, and lower back down without touching the ground. Do 3 sets of 15.
Mountain Climbers: Attach the Jungle Gym II to a pole, post, or tree. Using the foot straps, get into a suspended plank position, making sure your body stays straight and your glutes are tucked in. Bring alternating knees into your chest as fast as you can for 30 seconds. Rest and repeat for another 30 seconds.
