Stair jumping: Begin with simple jumps from the ground to first stair 180° turn and back, from ground to first stair... Complete 3 sets of this exercise 2 sets of 10 regular jumps and on the last set incorporate proprioceptors.

Lunges: Lunges should performed slowly without any fast movements 10 times per set. Place one leg in front of the other and make a 90° bend in the knee. The knee of the other leg should not be touching the ground.

Step ups: 1st choose the right place for doing step ups. This can be a high stair or a box etc. When you have the right position step up with one leg and then step down and repeat with other leg. Complete 2 sets each time with 10 step ups.

Target development of the lower leg to improve speed and explosion with this unique training device that raises the foot onto the ball, developing the Achilles tendon and calf muscles. Use in plyometric training to maximize the stretch/preload placed on these muscles to elicit a faster and more powerful contraction. JumpSoles attach over the shoes and secure with Velcro straps. Constructed of high-grade rubber.
