Exercises

Use the ball to target triceps, biceps, abdominal muscles and legs

Weighted Ball Oblique Crunch - Lay on your back and place your Harbinger Weighted Ball in one hand. Lift the ball high and twist slightly as you squeeze your abdominal and oblique muscles. Release and lay back down. Repeat.

Functional training is defined as training you do to help you move in a real life manner. For example exercises that help you to reach up over your head are functional because in real life you reach your arms over your head to grab things.
