Exercises

Basic Exercise - Put HandMaster Plus loops over all fingers, with the ball in the palm of the hand. Tighten hand into a fist, gripping ball, and hold for one second. Release and extend fingers against the resistance of the flexible cords. Repeat as necessary.

Lateral Forearm Exercise - Put the loops over all fingers with the ball in the palm of the hand. Tighten hand into a fist, gripping ball, and hold for one second. Release fingers and hold ball with thumb. Extend fingers against the resistance of the flexible cords. Extend wrist. Repeat as necessary.
