Trying to add intensity to your core and oblique movements will be easy with the Glute-Ham Tray. Designed uniquely to attach to any 2" x 2" or smaller glute-ham frame. Holds most medicine balls with an 8" wide cradle and 3" lip. Weight plates fit on a 31/2" post.

- Glute Ham Raises - Place knees on pads and stabilize your ankles. Slowly lower the body forward, bending at the knees. Pull yourself up in a controlled manner back to the starting kneeling position.
- Weighted Glute Ham Raises - Same as the standard Glute Ham Raises but now you will hold a weighted plate to your chest as you lower your body and pull back up to your starting kneeling position
