Train Like An Athlete Whether You Are A Recreational Or Competitive Swimmer With The Fulcrum Paddle
The Fulcrum Paddles will instantly change the way you train in the water for swimming races, competition or just to improve form. These paddles reduce the stress your shoulders and forearms feel while you swim while providing you with added resistance to give you an intense workout. Over the years if you swim a lot, you will develop strain in the shoulders and these aids will help to diminish that. Small - Red: 120 lbs. or less
Medium - Yellow: 120-150 lbs.

Swimming is really all you can do with the Fulcrum Paddles. I suppose you could do jumping jacks but these will neither add resistance nor make the workout better but you will get some stares!
If you intend to train for swim meets, you will want to start the season by using larger paddles which make you work harder and then as the meets get closer, switch to smaller paddles, ultimately not using them at all so that the body can translate what it has learned into muscle memory and excellence in the water.
