Exercises

Foam Roller Push Ups -Place your hands on the foam roller a little more than shoulder distance apart. Align the wrists with the chest and extend the legs to an extended position. If necessary, place the knees on the ground. Lower your upper body to the foam roller plus and return to start position. This is a very challenging exercise so go slow and pay special attention to your form.
