Body Rows / Ring Row - Take hold of the rings and lean back with your legs in front of you and your body kept straight and tight. With your arms fully extended pull your chest up towards the rings. Pull up as high as you can and pause the exercise briefly, before slowly lowering your body back down till your arms are straight again.
Ring Push-Up - Grip the rings, and with your legs fully extended behind you and your back straight, slowly lower yourself down. The complete the push-up, push yourself back up to the starting position and slowly exhale making sure not to lock your elbows at the top of the exercise to maintain tension througout.
