Do not exercise with the Elasto-Gel Shoulder Wrap on but you can move and that is surely great news. Typically when you wear an ice pack you have to sit still and hope it does not fall off however this pack is secured with straps and will not fall off so feel free to move about but remember you are wearing the pack for a reason, take it easy.
Be aware not to overheat your pack. It may not feel too hot to the touch after heating but if you disregarded the instructions you are at risk for burning yourself. The outer cover of the Elasto-Gel Shoulder Therapy Pack can be washed but do not wet the actual gel pack.
