If you are in need of Elasto-Gels Multi Purpose Therapy Wraps for pain relief you should probably not be doing any exercises. Rest and relax as you release tension and relieve pain with your hot and/ or cold therapy treatments.
You cannot get your Elasto Gel Therapy Wraps wet because they will absorb the water and swell. In the event of contact with water, lay your wrap flat and give it time to dry completely before using it again. To clean your gel pack cover, remove the outside cover and and wash by hand with cool water and gentle soap. Allow the cover to dry thoroughly.
