Dual Running Drill - Two runners wear the harness, both facing the same way. Runners take off in unison, with the tail runner placing resistance on the lead runner. Both focus on correct form. Runners can switch positions at a pre-determined interval. 20-40 yards is recommended.
Lateral Shuffle - Wearing the harness, the two users line up side by side. Lead user begins to shuffle in a side direction, with the tail user providing resistance. Users can change positions half-way through an activity.
Always include appropriate supervision while training with the dual harness. Avoid tug of war activities as these can be hard on the areas that receive the resistance from the harness. Don't load the harness up with too much resistance. A firm, moderate tension is appropriate. Do not use the harness if it is damaged; replace it immediately.
