- Start with both feet in the center dot. On rhythm, practice extending a foot into each front dot at the same time, then back to the original position, before extending a foot into each back dot and returning again to the original position. Repeat at high tempo.
One Leg Diagonal Switch - On one leg, begin at the center dot, then practice zig zagging from one dot to the next, from the front left to front right, back to middle, to back left, then back right, and back to the original position.
