1. Abdominal Cruch on the CorDisc
Sit on the Cordisc. Bend knees up and place feet flat on the floor. Place your hands behind your head and your elbows out. Lift your upper body toward your knees and go back to the starting position. Do 10 reps.
2. Squats
Stand on Cordisc with both feet. Start by pulling your abdominal muscles in. Bend your knees and bend forward at the waist, sit back into a squat position. Keep knees lined up over ankles and go back to start position. Do 10 reps.
