Exercises

• Figure run - set up cones in the shape of a number or other basic figure. Runners weave in between each cone, looking to stay as close as possible without running over cones. Soccer or hockey players use a ball or puck.

• T Drill - Place one cone in the "center" of a space. Place three other cones in three separate directions to form a "T". Start in a seated position at the center cone with legs crossed. On signal, user gets up and runs to each of the directional cones in sequence.

• Cattle Chute - Group of runners stays within perimeter set by collapsible cones - use an "avenue" approach by setting two lines of cones to form one open lane.
