Exercises

Connect the different levels in resistance bands to execute:

  • Shoulder Press- Standing on one part of the loop hold the remaining loop and raise arms over your head. Modify exercise by adding a twist in your torso while executing shoulder press
  • Squat Press- Standing on one part of the loop hold remaining loop over your head and squat down. Keep your abs tight and your knees bent at a 90 degree angle
  • Side Lunge- Standing on loop execute lunge to the right or left hold arms straight out holding the remaining portion of the loop. Remembering to keep your abs tight
  • Triceps curl- Stand on a portion on the loop. Hold remaining portion of loop behind your head. Extend arms upward at the elbow to execute a triceps curl
  • Up Right Row- Stand on a portion on the loop. Hold remaining loop in front of you. Raise arms upward holding your arms straight out. Do not bend your elbows
