BODY BAR BASICS featuring Sherry Catlin (30 minutes)
This video will introduce you to the basics of the Body Bar as well as general fitness guidelines so that you can begin your new lifelong habit of exercising regularly. This DVD series will show you how to properly strengthen, tone, and stretch the whole body in a safe and enjoyable manner.
BASIC TRAINING featuring Sherry Catlin (30 minutes)
This is a full body workout which incorporates the Body Bar to tone and create definition in every muscle of the body. You will start to see sleek legs, tight abdominals, and a strong toned upper body, along with the increased ability to workout longer. Stretches are included throughout the workout.
HARD CORE ABS & BACK featuring Keli Roberts (30 minutes)
This segment is all about the core of the body, specifically the abdominals and back.You will learn exercises to strengthen, alleviate pain and stretch throughout the entire torso which in turn will give you the washboard abs you seek.
ARMED AND DANGEROUS feautirung Andre Houle (30 minutes)
This one is all about the upper body. Efficient, focused and effective, this workout uses tried and true training methods to give you the chiseled arms you desire. As an added benefit you will see improvements in your posture as well.
BELOW THE BELT featuring Keli Roberts (30 minutes)
This is one tough workout focusing totally on the lower body. You will perform sequences of squats, lunges and plies which will help you with your strength and muscle function. Get the legs you want now!
