Seated Back Rows
- Begin the exercise by holding the ends of the Body Bar Flex with your palms facing behind you.
- Stand with knees slightly bent and place the Body Bar Flex under one or both feet
- Lean forward and draw the arms back while retracting the shoulder blades
- Hold for a moment and release slowly to start
- Repeat 15 to 20 times
