There are no exercises you can do with a caliper but if you do enough exercise you will see changes in the numbers displayed on your caliper and that is a good thing.
There are other ways to measure body fat such as hydrostatic weighing, underwater, or through bio-impedance scales which send an electric current through your body to measure your fat. Hydrostatic is costly and inconvenient and bio-impedance is not accurate depending on the conditions.
