- Place 4 cones out in a straight line approximately 3 yards apart. In between each set of cones place another cone only 3 yards to the left. Sprint to one cone and then step/shuffle to the other cone leading with the left leg. Side shuffle to the next cone this time leading with the right leg. Repeat to the finish
- Grab a partner and your Elite Power Med-Ball. Stand 10 yards apart and throw the medicine ball to each other in reps of 15.
