Frog Jumps, mountain climbers, stagger push ups, Spiderman, woodchopper... you name it, we do it!
Power jacks, glider lunges, BOSU crunches and push ups is an example of a "challenge" you might face at a typical class. Each exercise is done to fatigue and never repeated in the same class/ session. You wil become comfortable at cuing without trying to transition smoothly - just change from exercise to exercise.

After 26 years of teaching group exercise and personal training I thought I knew all I needed to know to continue at the top of my game. My classes are packed, people get results and I still love what I do after all these years. Tired of writing exercises on napkins and post its, I created an Exercise Library so that I would have all my exercises written out for quick retrieval for my workouts. I decided to teach a class without repeating even one exercise - no breaks, no rest, just GO.
People loved the class and wanted more so the pressure was on - I had to come up with new, exciting and challenging exercises each week that were different from what they were doing in other classes. The rest is history; AthleKinetix was born.
