A Safe, Non Impact And Challenging Way To Train Or Rehabilitate Your Body In The Water
The Aquajogger belt allows you to keep your head out of water and your back straight while engaging in challenging exercises in the water. This is a perfect cross-training accessory which prevents injury by alleviating stress to joints with non-impact bearing exercises. The water provides extra resistance that can't be duplicated easily on land. By keeping your head elevated out of the water the entire time allows for longer endurance training because you don't have to worry about breathing underwater.

- Fits up to a 44” waist.
Open and Closes: Stand tall in the water. Open and close your legs wide keeping your toes pointed toward the bottom of the pool and your back straight. Make sure to keep your arms and legs straight during the opens and the closes. Aim for 20 to 30 each set and do 3 sets with a minor rest in between. Go as fast or slow as you wish based on personal preference and training goals. The faster you open and close, the higher your heart rate.
Cross Country Skiing:
Stay in an upright position. Scissor your legs back and forth and add opposing arms to mimic a real skiing motion. Speed increases heart rate. Make sure your legs stay straight and your arms have a slight bend. Aim for 3 sets of 30 seconds each.
The Aquajogger Belt is an affordable way to exercise effectively in the water. The adjustable straps allow for a tight, secure fit which prevents chafing during intense exercise. All body types and fitness levels benefit from exercising with this belt in the water. The Aquajogger Belt gives you a challenging workout equal to that of a dryland workout without the added risk of joint pain or injury to the body.
The extra resistance the water adds in every direction works your abs, glutes, quads, and hamstrings with every exercise. Your core and stabilizer muscles are engaged in order to maintain balance and proper form while performing upper and lower body exercises.
