Step Up: Put on ankle and/or shoe irons. Step up and down with alternate legs onto a box or other raised platform.
Leg Extension: From a lying, sitting or standing position, wearing irons, slowly extend one leg completely. Alternate with right and left legs.

I love that I can add weight to my shoes instead of my ankles, just more comfortable for me. I am able to do leg lifts and high knees in comfort - no
rubbing on my ankles from weights that don't securely fit.
