Exercises

Akrowheel Russian Twist - On your knees, grasp one Akrowheel in both hands and twist the body all the way to one side so that the shoulders are close to the floor and return to the start position.

Ab Slide -  On your knees, place hands on wheels and roll your body out as far as you can without straining the back and slide back in.

Harder than the Gliders or even the Ab Wheel. Each hand moves independently so you have to really control your movements. Lateral, diagonal, forward and back - any direction is possible which means you are working a lot of muscles!
