Downwards Facing Dog - Place the hands on the mat, spread the fingers, lift the hips high into the air and create an inverted letter "V" by placing the feet on the mat as well. Spread the toes and focus on moving the chest towards the thighs as you lift your hips higher and try to straighten the legs while bringing the heels to the mat. Hold this for 8 slow breaths
The Hundred - Lay on your back in the center of your mat and lift your legs so that they are facing the ceiling, extend the arms towrds the hips, palms down. Begin to pump the arms from the shoulder while lifting and holding the head up. Breathe slowly in through the nose and out through the mouth. Pump the arms one hundred times.
