What's Special About The Soft Agility Cones?
- Soft shell folds when stepped on, then returns to its size and shape
- Bright color keeps the attention of trainers
- Compact for portable use
Soft, Flexible Agility Cones Are Ideal For High Impact Training
- Soft cones "bounce back" from impact
- Bright colors stand out in the field
- Durable for indoor or outdoor use
- Safer than hard cones when high impact exercises are planned because they fold when landed on
These soft plastic cones solve the problem of how to keep markers in play during high impact exercises. Athletes and amateurs can rely on these flexible tools to "bounce back" from impact rather than just falling over. For the times when runners, jumpers and others find themselves in unavoidable contact with markers, soft agility cones provide the long term solution for keeping a training course solvent for multiple users or for multiple sessions.
- Soft PVC
- Orange with black base
- Available in several sizes for dynamic challenging exercises
- Lateral Shuffle - Place cones in a "step" shape (one forward, one to the side, etc.) On a signal, the runner sprints forward the first cone, side steps to the next, etc. until reaching the end of the course, then re-tracing movements backward.
- Box Drill - Begin with one central cone and four others in each diagonal "corner". The trainer calls out a corner; users run to touch it and return to the center.
A trial run using these flexible markers will show how the soft design responds well to the pressures of these kinds of exercises - users can touch or even put pressure on the markers in box drills or other moves, where reaching the marker means interacting with it in some way.
