Exercises

  • Inner thigh squeeze- place ball in between your knees and lower thighs, squeeze ball for 3 to 5 sec and then relax. Repeat 10 times
  • Bicep curl- place ball in between your hands, squeeze ball as you are curling up to a 45 degree angle keeping elbows close to your body. Repeat.
  • Triceps extension- place the ball between your hands and raise hands towards the ceiling. Bend elbows and lower the ball till it touches the back of your head then bring back up. Repeat.
  • Torso rotation- Place ball between hands and rotate upper body only to one side then the other.
  • Crunches- perform crunch while holding the ball in between you knees.
