In-Out Drill
Begin standing with feet hip width apart at the base of the ladder
Left foot leads into the first square, immediately followed by your right foot
Left foot steps outside to the left the second square, repeat that with the right foot
Left foot steps back into the third square, followed by your right
Repeat this pattern in fluid motion for the length of the ladder
